Molatèr is your new real estate agency, specialized in the sale of agricultural and residential land in Mauritius.

The idea to launch Molatèr came after the confinement of March 2020; the main motivation from its creation was the observation made by its founders that more and more Mauritians are considering to purchase a plot of land because they find it to be a safe and stable asset in these uncertain times.

Until now, there was no structure in Mauritius entirely dedicated to this type of properties and we therefore wanted to set up a young, professional and dynamic structure to respond to this lack.

Molatèr offers to its customers a wide choice of residential and agricultural land, all types of surfaces and across all regions of the island.

Our ambition is to position ourselves as a reference for anyone looking for a plot of land in Mauritius and for any owner wishing to sell their property.
